This is just a WIP hence the non-existent shading, wanted to share anyway since it's been going wery slow lately..

It's Holly Short from the Artemis Fowl novels. I love the books (but please no spoilers in comments, I have only read the three first yet as the library don't have the later stocked in english! I'm working on it..) Before you say something about it I am aware that Holly should have reddish hair, it's been pointed out to me, however I somehow missed that while reading the books so I've always imagined her with blonde hair, take it or leave it..
